Shopping Centre Goodman is uniquely located above a motorway deck in the heart of Hämeenlinna, Finland. The centre plays a unifying role, connecting the eastern and western parts of the city. Named after Finnish rock legend Irwin Goodman, his legacy is visibly integrated into the building’s architecture, interior design and artistic elements.

Opened on 1 November 2019, Helsinki Outlet is the first outlet shopping village of its kind in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Inspired by international outlet concepts, the open-air shopping area includes more than 40 premium brand stores in a walkable, village-style setting. The project combined custom hardware with strict architectural and technical requirements, ensuring smooth operations in the council's public and digital sessions.

As a high-risk environment handling dangerous substances, its safety systems must be able to reach every worker instantly—regardless of noise or location.

Opened in early 2015, Kangasala House in Pirkanmaa is a modern cultural centre hosting music, theatre, dance, literature, and visual arts—all under one roof. The building includes Kangasala Hall, an art museum, and newly equipped municipal council and board meeting rooms.
