The AAE 801B is a single-zone paging console for the Audico AVEC G4 voice evacuation and public address system. With a single button and a 220 mm goose neck microphone, it allows anyone to make a live announcement to one pre-programmed zone — instantly and reliably. Its ideal application is any location where multiple different operators need to make announcements and change frequently — information desks, service counters and reception areas. No training is required: one button starts the announcement, one button ends it. Designed and manufactured in Finland.

Suited to any location within an AVEC G4 installation where a dedicated single-zone paging point is needed — information desks, hospital reception areas, retail service counters, transport information points and maritime vessel stations.
Simple by design.
One button. One zone. The AAE 801B has no zone selection, no menus and no unnecessary controls. PTT mode keeps the announcement active while the button is held. TOGGLE mode starts with one press and stops with another — practical for longer announcements where hands-free operation is needed. A speaker muting relay prevents acoustic feedback from nearby loudspeakers.

Can be placed on a desk, flush-mounted into a countertop, or wall-mounted using the optional bracket accessory. Connects to the ADA 8x8 G4 via System Bus or Local Bus (CAT5/6/7), or via dry-contact control with no limit on the number of consoles. Designed and manufactured in Finland under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes.
The AAE 801B connects to the AVEC G4 system via the Main Bus or Spare Bus — providing built-in redundancy. Up to 15 consoles can share one bus. Where a higher number of consoles is needed, dry-contact control can be used with no upper limit on device count.
The announcement zone, priority level, pre-announcement tone and other properties are configured in Aveclizer PC software and stored per device. A VOX function can be activated for TOGGLE mode, automatically ending the announcement after a set period of silence. The DIP switch on the back of the unit sets the device address and operating mode without the need for software access.
